Why we use it

We use this information to process and manage bookings and orders, take payment, contact you about your booking or order, provide customer support, protect our service and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not use booking or order details for marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with service providers that help operate the website, send booking emails and process payments. Online card payments are processed by Stripe; Little Huế does not receive or store full card details. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order information only for as long as needed for operations, customer support, accounting, tax or legal requirements. Allergy and dietary notes are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed for the booking or order.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email us using the address below. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
