Booking & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to table bookings made through our website or directly with the restaurant.

Booking requests

Online bookings are requests until Little Huế confirms them. We will send the booking status to the email address provided. Please check that your contact details, date, time and party size are correct before submitting.

Deposit

Where a deposit is requested, it is £10 per guest. The deposit is deducted from the final restaurant bill when you dine with us. Payment is processed securely online; Little Huế does not store your card details.

Changing or cancelling

Cancel or change your booking at least 24 hours before the booking time for a full deposit refund.
Deposits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
Please use the booking-management link in your confirmation email, or contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

Late arrival and no-shows

We hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time. If nobody from the party arrives within 15 minutes, we may release the table and treat the booking as a no-show. No-show deposits are non-refundable.

Large parties and special requests

We may contact you about table layouts, timing or pre-order arrangements for larger parties. Requests for a particular table, dietary requirements, highchairs or accessibility support are considered carefully but cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Allergies

Please tell us about allergies when booking and remind your server when you arrive. Although we take care, our kitchen handles allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
