Collection orders
Online orders are for collection only. Choose your preferred collection date and time at checkout, and bring your order confirmation when collecting. Same-day collection needs at least 30 minutes’ notice.
Payment and availability
Payment is taken online when you place an order. Menu availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to agree a substitute, a partial refund or cancellation of the order.
Cancellation and refunds
- Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
- If we can cancel before preparation begins, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- If preparation has begun, a refund may not be possible. We will always explain the available options.
- If we cancel your order or cannot provide an item, we will refund the affected amount.
Food and allergens
Tell us about allergies in the order notes and speak to our team if the allergy is severe. Our kitchen handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Check your order at collection and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
